- Proof of purchase/invoice of your Products.
- For a warranty claim, an RMA authorization is required before returning the product from Crucial Customer Services Support.
- Defective product are not replaced and repair.
- Data should be backed up and removed from an SSD before submitting it for warranty service.
- Crucial Micron says if your device are under warranty and it is not working then crucial change, replace and repair your products. Physical damaged are not covered in warranty.
